QoyHunter Public Offer for the Provision of Services (subscription and payment terms)

This document is a public offer of «Third Space» (the “Contractor”) to conclude a contract for the provision of services for consideration, namely access to the QoyHunter service on a paid subscription. It supplements the Terms of Service (slug: terms); in the part not regulated herein, the Terms of Service apply.
1. Subject matter
On subscription terms, the Contractor grants access to the functions of the Service under the selected plan; the Customer pays for the services. The service is the provision of access to software (SaaS).
2. Acceptance
Acceptance is payment for the selected plan and/or confirmation of the subscription in the interface (including confirmation of automatic charging). The contract is concluded from the moment of acceptance. The date, the time and the version of the accepted Offer are recorded.
3. Plans
Free — no payment, with limits. Paid: monthly (1 month) and yearly (1 year) subscriptions. The current functions, limits and prices are stated in the interface and on the website and form an integral part of the Offer. Prices are stated inclusive of the applicable taxes.
4. Payment procedure
Prepayment for the period through payment systems (Payme, Click, Uzum, Telegram Payments — as they are connected). The obligation is deemed performed from the moment of confirmation by the payment provider. Access is granted after confirmation and until the end of the paid period. Full card details are processed by the payment provider.
5. Automatic renewal
Where the plan so provides and the payment provider supports it, at the end of the period the subscription is renewed automatically with automatic charging. The Customer is informed in advance.
6. Cancellation
The Customer has the right at any time to cancel the subscription/automatic renewal (in the interface / help@qoyhunter.com). Access remains until the end of the paid period; thereafter — the free plan; no repeat charge is made. Data is not deleted; access to some functions/data may be limited to the scope of the free plan.
7. Refunds
Payment for a period that has begun is non-refundable (the service is provided continuously). A refund is made in the event of technical impossibility through the fault of the Contractor (for a material period of time and with no alternative provided), an erroneous/duplicate charge, and in other cases provided for by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The application is to be sent to help@qoyhunter.com; the review period is the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; the refund is made by the same method, less actual expenses/fees, where permitted by law.
8. Change of prices
Does not apply to a period already paid for; the new price applies to the next period (including automatic renewal); notice is given in advance, with the right to cancel automatic renewal before the new price takes effect.
9. Rights, obligations, liability
The Contractor grants access to the paid functions during the period; the Customer pays on time and complies with the Terms of Service. Liability/warranties are governed by the relevant sections of the Terms of Service; aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the period established by the Terms of Service. The Contractor is not liable for interruptions caused by providers/Telegram/hosting/force majeure.
10. Term and termination
It is in force during the paid period and is extended upon automatic renewal. Termination: by the Customer (cancellation/deletion of the account); by the Contractor in the event of a breach; by agreement of the parties.
11. Disputes and governing law
The law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A pre-trial claim procedure applies (help@qoyhunter.com; the review period is the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan), followed by the competent court at the Contractor's location, unless otherwise established by mandatory rules of law.

13. Language of the document
This is an English translation of the Offer executed in Russian and Uzbek. In case of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Uzbek version shall prevail.
By making payment, the Customer confirms agreement with the Offer and the Terms of Service.
