Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking «I consent to the processing of personal data» during registration, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (No. ZRU-547), give my consent to the operator «Third Space» (hereinafter — the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. Operator

«THIRDSPACE» MCHJ, Republic of Uzbekistan, INN/STIR 312095041, e-mail help@qoyhunter.com.

2. Purposes of processing

• registration, identification and authentication, maintaining the account;
• provision of the functions of the QoyHunter service (records of farms, animals, feed, health, finance, team);
• sending service notifications, including through the Telegram bot;
• arranging and recording subscriptions and payments;
• usage statistics and improvement of the service (web analytics), including the linking of pseudonymised statistics of my sessions on the website, in the application and in Telegram;
• user support, security and prevention of fraud;
• compliance with the requirements of the legislation.

3. List of personal data

Phone number/login, name, interface language; the e-mail address and the flag showing that it has been confirmed (on registration by phone/login an e-mail address is mandatory and is confirmed by a code sent in a letter); the method and time of confirmation of the telephone number; Telegram identifiers (Telegram ID, username, chat id); password hash (not stored in clear form); data on farms, animals and photos, financial records of the farm; information on subscriptions and payments (plan, status, amounts, transaction identifiers; full card details are not collected); technical data (IP address, device/browser, event logs); cookies/localStorage, the depersonalised visitorId, as well as pseudonymised web analytics identifiers (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica), including the internal account identifier (a random code, without name or phone number), and recordings of actions on public pages (Webvisor) without the content of correspondence, the name of the other party to the correspondence or contact details.

4. List of operations with personal data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), cross-border transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, erasure and destruction — by both automated and non-automated means.

5. Transfer to third parties and cross-border transfer

I agree that, for the purposes stated above, the data may be transferred to:

• the hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU) — for hosting and storage of the data, including photos;
• payment providers (Payme, Click, Uzum; and, once connected, Telegram Payments) — for processing payments;
• the e-mail provider (forwarding/SMTP) — for the delivery of service and informational e-mails;
• Telegram — for the operation of the bot, the Mini App, notifications and, once connected, acceptance of payment;
• Google LLC (Google Analytics, USA) — for statistics on the use of the service (clause 6.4 of the Privacy Policy): usage events and pseudonymised identifiers are transferred, including the internal account identifier that links my sessions on the website, in the application, in the Telegram Mini App and server-side events; name, phone number, payment details and farm data are not transferred.
• «YANDEX» LLC (Yandex.Metrica, Russian Federation) — for statistics on visits to public pages and recordings of actions on them (clause 6.5 of the Privacy Policy): page views and referrals, technical data of the browser and the device, pseudonymised cookie identifiers and recordings of actions are transferred; the content of correspondence, the name of the other party to the correspondence, contact details, phone number and farm data are not transferred.

The Operator's infrastructure is located in the European Union, therefore the processing entails a cross-border transfer of my data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan to a jurisdiction with an adequate level of protection, subject to contractual, organisational and technical safeguards. I hereby consent to such cross-border transfer.

Web analytics data is also transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Since an adequate level of personal data protection may not be recognised in respect of the USA, the legal basis for such transfer is this consent; the data is transferred in pseudonymised form (without name or phone number), subject to Google's contractual safeguards for data processing. I hereby also consent to such cross-border transfer.

Web analytics data of public pages and recordings of actions are also transferred to «YANDEX» LLC (Russian Federation) and are processed on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation. Since an adequate level of personal data protection may not be recognised in respect of the Russian Federation, the legal basis for such transfer is this consent; the data is transferred in pseudonymised form — without name, phone number, content of correspondence or farm data. I hereby also consent to such cross-border transfer.

6. Term of the consent

The consent is valid from the day it is given until the purposes of the processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Following withdrawal or deletion of the account, the data is erased/destroyed, except where the law requires it to be kept longer (for example, payment/accounting data — for the established period), and subject to the rotation of backup copies.

7. Right of withdrawal

I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time — by sending a request to help@qoyhunter.com or by deleting the account in the application. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. Following withdrawal, the provision of services that require the processing of data may become impossible.

8. Voluntary nature

Giving this consent is voluntary. Part of the data is necessary for the service to operate, therefore without this consent registration and use of QoyHunter are impossible. I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

9. Language of the document

This is an English translation of the Consent executed in Russian and Uzbek. In case of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Uzbek version shall prevail.
